In order to view all special characters correctly, it is advisable to download the special fonts first. Best reults were obtained with Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.5. Netscape 4.7 did not display the special charactersets.
Volume 1 is basically displayed as a whole resulting in one big file of nearly 900kb (equivalent to 240 pages when printed). Be patient - it takes some time to display the entire text. The only part that has been taken out are the tables, the index, and the bibliography.

Volume 2 consists of 500 printed pages that were divided into six files to reduce loading time.
